What We Look For In a Leader Mentor

We seek passionate mentors who are patient, even-tempered, and dedicated to empowering young women to become future leaders.

Your Role as a Leader Mentor

Attend the Leadership Academy Training to prepare for your mentorship role.
Participate in weekly debrief and prep calls with your coaches and coach mentor.
Attend weekly practice and games throughout the season (weekdays and weekends, with breaks for holidays).
Collaborate with your coaches on setting goals, preparing for games and practices, and adjusting plans as needed.
Help your coaches identify and develop leadership skills through coaching, such as strategic thinking.

What's Required

At least 5 years of leadership, management, or mentorship experience
References from a previous employee, mentee, mentor, or boss who believes in your ability to be a great mentor

A co-mentor to partner with who will assist with the technical aspects of the sport
