Kim Pepper

Kim Pepper is a Division 1 and All-American women’s lacrosse player from Dartmouth College, with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. She has been a driving force in the growth of lacrosse in the Bay Area, notably founding varsity high school lacrosse programs at Gunn High School and Burlingame High School. From 2015 to 2024, Kim served as the president and girls' director of Coyotes Youth Lacrosse, a nonprofit organization serving over 300 boys and girls from kindergarten through 8th grade. As a member of the Advisory Board for the Women’s Coaching Alliance, Kim is excited to help encourage and support more women in coaching youth sports, bringing her passion for the game and her leadership experience to create greater opportunities for women in the coaching community.
