Juliette is a strategic partnerships and philanthropy leader with a proven track record of building high-impact programs that connect people, purpose, and possibility. She currently serves as Director of Auctions & Community Outreach at the V Foundation for Cancer Research, where she leads the development and execution of premier fundraising initiatives that have generated nearly $100 million for cancer research over the course of her tenure.

In her role, Juliette designs and delivers one-of-a-kind experiences at the intersection of sports, entertainment, hospitality, and wine, leveraging partnerships with global brands, media organizations, and industry leaders to create meaningful engagement with donors and stakeholders. Known for her ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate partners, and C-suite executives, she brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to every initiative, ensuring both mission impact and an exceptional participant experience.

Juliette also co-founded and co-chaired the V Foundation’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, where she worked alongside executive leadership and the Board of Directors to embed inclusive practices into organizational strategy and culture. Her leadership helped shape initiatives that strengthened both internal operations and external community engagement.

She is deeply passionate about advancing women in sports and leadership and strongly believes in the mission of the Women’s Coaching Alliance. She is determined to help build and support the next generation of leaders. Juliette is committed to creating opportunities, fostering mentorship and championing pathways for women to thrive both on and off the field.

Juliette holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-Law from the University of New Mexico. With a background that blends business strategy, relationship management, and purpose-driven work, Juliette creates impact through innovative collaboration.
