Guppy Uppal

Guppy in an expert in football operations, league growth, and long-term strategy.. She currently works with the 49ers and has previous experience working with the Cleveland Browns, and was selected to the 2024 NFL Women’s Forum cohort.

While in college, she was deeply involved in football operations and athletic department initiatives, building a strong foundation in program development and sports administration. Most recently, through her work connected to the WNFC, she built and led the community and flag football department for the Golden State Storm, expanding access and driving intentional growth in girls flag.

She is deeply passionate about growing the game of girls flag by helping to develop structured pathways for women in flag coaching, strengthening community alignment, and positioning the game for sustainable, long-term growth.
