Ellen Estes Lee leads the Policy, Evidence & Access Strategy team within the Public Affairs & Access department at Genentech. This team focuses on developing Genentech's product pricing, evidence, and policy strategies that support patient access while articulating the holistic value of our products. In this rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, we are committed to sustainable practices that ensure long-term benefits for patients and the healthcare system as a whole. Ellen joined Genentech in 2009 and has had various roles of increasing responsibility including in Global Portfolio Management and leading Commercial field teams responsible for health systems and 340B program integrity.

Prior to Genentech, Ellen spent time at The Boeing Company as a Satellite Systems Engineer and Project Leader after retiring from the USA National Water Polo team where she competed in the 2000 and 2004 Olympics.

Ellen holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
