David Bergeron

David Bergeron is a real estate investor, former Stanford Football student-athlete, and passionate community builder dedicated to developing leadership through sport.
David is a Co-Founder of ReSeed Partners, a real estate private equity platform focused on acquiring and repositioning multifamily and industrial assets across high-growth markets. Prior to launching ReSeed, David was President of T3 Advisors, a tenant advisory firm that scaled nationally before its acquisition by Savills in 2021.
A former linebacker at Stanford University, David’s experience as a Division I athlete continues to shape his leadership philosophy. He is a founding leader of Stanford Football Alumni United (SFAU), an organization committed to strengthening the Stanford Football community, supporting current and former student-athletes, and preserving the program’s legacy of excellence.
Beyond his professional and alumni leadership work, David is deeply committed to youth sports and leadership development. He loves coaching flag football, basketball, soccer, and baseball, and believes that the playing field is one of the most powerful classrooms for building confidence, resilience, and character in young people.
David lives in Los Altos with his wife Elise, whom he met freshman year at Stanford, and their two children, Sadie and Theo. With any spare moment, David hopes to be on a golf course, fly fishing a remote stream, or battling through early morning pickup basketball runs at Stanford, leaning heavily on his crafty “old man” game.
