WCA was tapped by the Golden State Valkyries to headline portions of The Youth Basketball Coaches Clinic supported by Kaiser Permanente. The clinic was designed to upskill coaches on proven strategies that inspire more girls to stay in youth sports and attracted more than 50 coaches from around the Bay Area.

Pam Baker, WCA Founder and CEO, opened things up with an ice breaker before moderating a panel on mind and body techniques featuring the Valkyries coaching staff and healthcare professionals from Kaiser Permanente. The clinic then moved on-court , with a focus on coaching techniques led by Golden State Sports Academy.
