The WCA Leadership Academy Returning Coaches will both be held on August 15th on the Aragon High school campus from 2pm-4pm.

This Academy is for coaches who have already completed one or more seasons with WCA and are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Coaches will reflect on their past experiences, explore feedback from mentors, and develop a clear coaching and leadership philosophy that reflects their values and purpose. Through interactive activities, they’ll learn how to apply this philosophy to leading their teams, shaping positive player experiences, and strengthening their own leadership in sports, in life, and even in future opportunities like careers or college applications.
