Play It Forward
Bringing together 200+ members of the WCA community - from business, pro and college sports - to raise funds to train and place more female coaches in recreational leagues while creating pathways to leadership for the next generation.
The evening will also honor Tara VanDerveer, Stanford's iconic women's basketball coach, with the annual WCA Leadership Award. When she retired, Tara was the winingest college basketball coach in history. She led Stanford Women's Basketball for over four decades and the US Women's Olympic team to gold. Her career is exactly the kind of leadership WCA works to inspire!
