What began as an idea in 2022, has resulted today in 170 young women becoming confident leaders through coaching and 1,100 more youth playing sports. On October 17th, we invite you to join us for a special evening that invests in the future while honoring the past through the WCA annual Leadership Award presentation. This year's recipient is former Stanford Women’s Basketball Coach Tara VanDerveer, recognizing her extraordinary impact on generations of women who coach, compete, and lead.
