What a day - and night! More than 240 people coming together for our 2026 annual Play It Forward Benefit, Together, we raised more than $445,000 to help more young women discover what they're capable of through coaching, while also honoring he legendary Tara VanDerveer with our inaugural WCA Leadership Award. The honors included a surprise tribute to her 1,216 wins, with the entire room donning Nike hats in her honor.

Beyond the celebration, there was something else in the room: the feeling that we're part of a movement that's really starting to take off! As we shared that evening, "if we want to live in a world where women leading is unremarkable, one way to get there is to make sure it's something we grow up seeing." That's what we're the WCA community is building together.
