Women Coaches in High School Girls Flag Football with the LA Chargers

The LA Chargers recognized Women in Sports Day by hosting 50 women coaches of girls high school flag football during their team training camp at the Bolt. Kathy Toon, WCA's Chief Coach Development Officer, was tapped by the Chargers to lead a workshop on the importance of positive culture in the women's game and how to cultivate it at the program level.
