The half day WCA Leadership Academy for New Coaches be held on August 15th on the Aragon High School campus from 9:30-1pm.

All coaches hired by WCA attend a pre-season leadership academy to ensure they are prepared and confident to hit the field day one. The WCA Leadership Academy is your first step into an empowered community of coaching experts & leader mentors who will help you discover the power of coaching and grow your confidence and leadership skills. With carefully crafted lessons & dynamic workshops, you will dive into your role as a youth sports coach and role model for the next generation.
