Kristin Jerome

As the Manager of Events and Operations, Kristin oversees the planning and execution of all organizational events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. Additionally, Kristin handles the daily operational aspects of the organization, streamlining processes and optimizing efficiency to support the overall mission and goals.

Kristin was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area, where she developed a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of the Pacific and later pursued a Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Kristin and her husband are proud parents of three adult sons, all of whom were deeply involved in sports during their upbringing. Her love for sports continues, and she can often be found on Sundays playing tennis with her eldest or cheering on her favorite teams from home.

In addition to her dedication to her family, Kristin has actively contributed to her community through various volunteer roles. She played a significant part in planning events for the San Carlos Educational Foundation and served as president of the Mothers Club at Serra. For 18 years, Kristin also worked part-time as an office manager, balancing her professional and family responsibilities. Her commitment to both her family and community showcases her leadership and dedication, making her a valued member of any team.
