A true people connector and nonprofit leader, Heidi brings her passion for giving back to the community and love of sports to her role in recruiting and developing the next generation of female leaders.
Heidi brings a unique blend of corporate experience and nonprofit passion to her role as Director of People Engagement & Donor Operations. After transitioning from the corporate world at Levi Strauss & Co. to the nonprofit sector, Heidi worked in fundraising and event management for various nonprofits. She has also served in leadership roles on several local nonprofit boards, and remains an active community volunteer.
As a former high school and college athlete, Heidi understands and appreciates the invaluable leadership and teamwork lessons she learned through playing sports. Heidi was honored to be named to the inaugural 1980 All-American Girls High School Soccer Team, and went on to play soccer at Stanford University where she earned a Bachelors in History.
Heidi is a 4th generation native of the Bay Area. In her spare time, she enjoys birdwatching, hiking with her husband, spending time with friends, and cheering on her daughter’s university water polo team.
